Conditions of Use

The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase of products from ZuriBella Jewelry. By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and BadGirlsKits regarding the products purchased.

Ordering

Your order is subject to acceptance by ZuriBella Jewelry and may be refused for any reason, including unusual volumes, past incidents, or shipping address. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during sales, promotions, holidays, and trade shows, your shipment may be delayed. You will see your order total, including tax, before you submit your order for processing. A shipping charge of $3.00 will be applied to every order under $60.00. Currently we accept PayPal as the method of payment for all online orders. You have the option of paying with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account when checking out.

If you would like to place an order using a personal check, please use the Contact Us form and we will send you ordering instructions.

Payment

Buyer pre-pays in U.S. dollars the item(s) cost plus shipping. Payment type accepted are personal check or PayPal. Personal checks will be held until cleared by the bank. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders will ship within 2 days of cleared payment. We will send an email to confirm when an order is shipped.

Shipping

Domestic – USPS Mail (insured at buyers expense and request)

Shipping is $3 for any order under $60. Orders of $60 or more are shipped free (insured at buyers expense and request)

International – Please email us to confirm that we ship to your country and to receive a quote on the shipping.

Damage or Loss

Buyer is responsible for all claims of loss/damage to the package with the shipping carrier. The procedures for the USPS Postal office regarding claim filing can be found at their website.
